Miller recently posted a video analyzing the rare dollar bill.
The TikTok opens with a picture of the dollar bill on a forum with an automated voice that says, "I got this dollar bill in change today."
It goes on to say that "the serial number has almost all sixes" and questions if it's valuable. "I was so excited."
At this point in the video, Miller appears and declares that "getting this in change is so lucky."

He claims that the bill definitely has extra value but was really close to being extremely valuable.
When looking at the bill's serial number, everything is a number six except for one number, according to Miller.
Had the serial number been all sixes, it would've been worth nearly $1,000 claims Miller who said that's its predicted value, uncertified.
HOW TO CERTIFY BILLS
In the second half of the TikTok video, Miller provides instructions on how to certify bills to make them more valuable and easier to sell.
He instructs viewers to go to the Professional Coin Grading Service website and click "Services."
From there, users should click "Banknote Grading" and then scroll to the bottom of the website and hit "Printable Submission Forms."
Lastly, go to "Submission Guide" and hit the "Step By Step" button, instructs Miller.
Users should then see a submission form providing steps on exactly how to certify a bill.
Miller has also previously recommended The Professional Coin Grading Service, which independently grades many rare coins, has created an app called PCGS CoinFacts.
The app contains information on a variety of US coins, including price estimates.
Miller called the app a “free way of knowing the value” of rare coins.
After scrolling through to an exact kind of coin, a button at the bottom of the screen says “Price/Pop.”
In coin terms, that means the value and how many of that coin exist.
