Looking good, girl! 

Julianne Hough has one of those rock-solid bodies that screams dedication. The Dancing With the Stars competitor turned judge covers the December issue of Shape magazine in a slinky black tank top over a tiny red bathing suit, and the outfit is perfect for showcasing her impossibly toned figure. 

Whether she is in the gym with her trainer Astrid McGuire, or sweating it out in a Tracy Anderson workout class, Hough, 26, is all about taking her fitness efforts to the next level. 

“I like to shock my body by doing different things,” she told the magazine. “When I was on tour, even though I was dancing two hours a night, I felt I needed more, so I started doing dance moves with ankle or wrist weights.”

That firm dedication extends far beyond the gym, spilling over into her other career endeavors as an actress and singer. The blonde bombshell starred in the 2011 remake of Footloose, 2012’s Rock of Ages, and Safe Haven in 2013.

“If I’m reading for a part, I’ll transform myself into the character,” she explained. “I love the whole process and always tell my agents: ‘Put me in the room – I’ll audition for anything.’ That’s my motto.”
