AN MMA fighter was left completely incapacitated by a horrible broken arm inflicted on her by former UFC contender Pearl Gonzalez.

The American was competing in the Invicta FC series in Monterrey, Mexico, when the grisly moment occurred.

During the Combat Jiu-Jitsu battle, Gonzalez makes her opponent wish she had tapped out a little sooner in graphic scenes.

Lilian Borja was the unfortunate victim of a powerful triangle choke with the match ended in Gonzalez's favour as soon as the injury becomes apparent.

Fans online were shocked by the incident and also a little in awe of the 33-year-old.

Gonzalez fought twice in UFC back in 2017, suffering defeats both times.

At UFC 210 she submitted to Cynthia Calvillo before a unanimous points decision went against her in a contest with Poliana Botelho.
