Fans of VH1’s hit series “Black Ink Crew” couldn’t help but notice a mysterious ring on the finger of Kit Sovain, affectionately known as Miss Kitty, during the show’s recent episodes. This unexpected accessory sparked a wave of engagement rumors among viewers. However, before we jump to conclusions about her relationship status, let’s explore the truth behind the ring and Kitty’s current journey.

The Ring That Started It All:

During the latest season of “Black Ink Crew,” eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but spot a ring adorning Miss Kitty’s left hand. Naturally, this led to immediate speculation about whether she had taken a significant step towards engagement. After all, Kitty has had her fair share of romantic entanglements on the show, most notably with Ryan Henry.

Kitty’s Business Focus:

Despite the engagement chatter, it appears that Kitty’s primary focus is her professional life. She has made it clear that she is leaving “Black Ink Crew” to venture into the world of entrepreneurship. Kitty is set to open a tattoo shop in London, along with her business partner Steven, who has also appeared on the show.

Addressing the Relationship Rumors:

When fans began speculating that Kitty might be engaged to Steven due to the ring, she swiftly addressed the rumors. In response to a viewer’s question, she clarified, “Chile we are NOT dating, nor have we ever dated.” This declaration poured cold water on the engagement theory.

The Ryan Henry Connection:

Kitty’s romantic history with Ryan Henry is no secret. While they had an intimate relationship in 2021, their connection has since evolved into a friendship. The show documented their ups and downs, with misunderstandings and miscommunications playing a significant role. Kitty’s decision to open a tattoo store in London has not triggered any negative reactions from Ryan, as she noted that he has been “very supportive.”

The Ring as a Statement Piece:

In the absence of an official engagement announcement from Miss Kitty, it’s reasonable to assume that the ring she wears on her left hand may simply be a fashion statement or a personal accessory choice.

Conclusion:

While “Black Ink Crew” fans may have hoped for a surprise engagement revelation from Miss Kitty, it appears that her focus is currently on her budding business venture rather than a romantic relationship. The mystery ring adds a touch of intrigue to her appearance but does not necessarily signify an engagement. As Kitty embarks on her new journey, viewers will undoubtedly continue to follow her story with keen interest, whether it be personal or professional.
